Questions on the form used to submit bookmarks

Unlike most applications, where information from forms is held as a record in a database, the information from these forms is used to create interactive agents that exist as independent files on the web.

These agents have memories - so that they can communicate the information they hold directly to other people in the resource sharing group.

An agent's memory is constructed from any answers that have been given to questions in the form. Below is a list of questons used in the form for this example.

The questions are made up of 3 sectors. These are as follows:

Sector: 1

Information categories (questions 9 to 32)

This sector allows bookmark contributions to be ordered into particular categories.

Sector: 2

About the bookmark contributors (questions 1 to 8)

This sector enables bookmark contributions to be associated with particular people.

Sector: 3

Comments and suggestions (questions 33 to 35)

This sector is for suggestions as to how to enhance or extend the resource.

Following are the questions in the questionnaire used for this example. The subject area is "the search engine optimization of a website". For a different subject area, the same program would be used, but with a different set of questions.
